Material Selection
Each run begins with hand-selected premium materials, sourced from American mills. Fabric weight, structure, and durability are evaluated by hand before a single cut is made. Nothing moves forward unless it meets the standard.
Pattern Cutting
Precision panels are cut using proprietary templates, designed for structure, balance, and long-term wear. Every panel must match spec before it’s approved for assembly. This is where consistency is earned.
Embroidery
High-density embroidery is applied using industrial-grade machines, tuned specifically for this run. Stitch depth, tension, and alignment are checked in real time. Once stitched, it’s permanent.
Assembly
Each hat assembled and reinforced, panel by panel. Stress points are strengthened to ensure the hat holds its shape through years of wear. This is where the hat becomes real.
Quality Control
Every hat undergoes 23-point inspection before receiving its serial number.
Registration
Once approved, each hat is individually numbered and registered as part of its limited run. When the edition closes, no more are made. That number is permanent.
