Shipping

Once your order is placed, please allow 1-3 business days for in stock items to ship and ~3 weeks for made to order production before shipment.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is free on every order. No minimum, no code.

Order Tracking

Once your hat ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you have questions about your order status, reach out to us at founder@flipsidehat.co.

Returns

We stand behind every hat we ship. If something is not right, we will fix it.

Standard Returns

Items eligible for return may be sent back within 30 days of confirmed delivery. To qualify:

• The hat must be unworn and in its original condition
• All original tags and packaging must be included
• Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return

How to Start a Return

Email founder@flipsidehat.co with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? Contact us and we will work with you to get it right.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your hat arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.
