Shipping policy
At Flipside Hat Co., every order is handled with care. Many of our products are produced in limited runs or made to order, which means shipping timelines can vary depending on the item purchased.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.
For Limited Drops, made-to-order items, and NIL releases, processing times may be longer. These items may require production before shipment, and estimated timelines will be communicated on the product page, in confirmation emails, or through brand updates.
Shipping Timeframes
Once your order has shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier and your location. Standard domestic shipping typically arrives within 3 to 7 business days after the package is accepted by the carrier.
Please note that shipping time is separate from processing time.
Preorders, Limited Drops, and Made-to-Order Items
Some Flipside products are not stocked for immediate shipment. Items marked as made to order, preorder, Limited, or tied to a special release may take several weeks to ship.
By placing an order for one of these items, you acknowledge and accept the longer fulfillment window listed at the time of purchase.
Tracking Information
Once your shipping label is created and your order is prepared for dispatch, you may receive tracking information by email. Tracking updates may take time to appear once the carrier scans the package into its system.
Receiving a tracking number does not always mean the package is already in transit that same day.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, customs, incorrect shipping information, or other factors outside our control. That said, we will always do our best to keep you informed and help where we can.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the order has not shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible.
If an order is returned due to an address issue, the customer may be responsible for any reshipping costs.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Flipside Hat Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package was stolen or misdelivered, please contact the carrier directly first.

Split Shipments
In some cases, orders containing multiple items may ship separately depending on product availability, production timing, or fulfillment logistics.
